Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition, free from damage beyond normal try-on or inspection.

• Products must be returned with original packaging and any included accessories.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• After 14 days, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or not as described.

• Products that have been exchanged once are not eligible for another return or exchange, unless faulty.


2. Size Exchanges

• Not the right size? We offer a free one-time size exchange — just send the original back in clean condition with original packaging.

• We’ll ship the new size to you at no extra charge.

 

If you purchased 2 or more items using a bundle discount, all items must be returned together to receive a full refund.

If only one item is returned, the refund will be 50% of the discounted price of that item instead of the full price.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at slouchfixofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be free from damage (original condition), and in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or is returned without packaging.
  • Non-eligible returns: Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • 🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately at slouchfixofficial@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged item
  • We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

❌ We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items (unless faulty)
